E-Mail: “I have two beautiful felines Lunar and Lay'la. In November 2005 my male Lunar had to have surgery, he had been blocking up (struvite) on and off for several months. He had the surgery and when I got him home the day after, I saw that his health was deteriorating rapidly. I kept bringing the poor baby back to the vet until they realized that Lunar was in renal failure. I had to rush him to the emergency vet's office so he could have care 24/7. He stayed in there for 8 days. It seems Lunar had a surgical tear that caused his urine to back up into his body.
