Q: Don't you find it odd that your vendor sells "All Meat" canned food, thinks it is a complete diet and does not even know what "call of the wild" is? W: We have no way of controlling what store clerks say or do with our products, nor does any other manufacturer of any product. Store clerks come and go and retail stores carry an array of products that clerks do not understand. In some cases, the information they do relate is misleading, motivated by in-store incentives from manufacturers or myths they themselves have fallen prey to. The burden will be on you to learn on your own. The bright side is that by so doing you will become better informed and have a better chance of achieving health for your whole family, including your pet. Q: With all of the hype that you've sent regarding health and well being, I think it's hypocritical and that there is no concern that animals can get sick because stores carrying the Wysong name are not informed and can't give proper instructions the way Wysong intends. W: The information given to you is not "hype," it is the information you need to make informed decisions about health and feeding. Animals will not get sick by eating Wysong in virtually any combination. As you have learned by reading the material we have pointed you to, the "complete and balanced" idea is a myth. If you are looking for hype, that is it, not counsel that you should apply the same reason to feeding your pet that you do when feeding yourself. |
